Phillip Leiser
Leiser, Leiser and Hennessy, PLLC
Phillip Leiser is the founding partner and owner of Leiser, Leiser & Hennessy, PLLC. He received his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Duke University in 1987. After completing his military service, Phillip received his law degree with honors from Pace University Law School, in White Plains, New York. He began practicing law in 1997 and started his own firm in 1998. He handles a wide range of legal matters for both individual and business clients, including divorce and custody cases; employment and contract disputes; serious traffic and criminal defense matters; and personal injury claims arising from the negligence of others.
Leiser, Leiser & Hennessy, PLLC employs a team of seven attorneys and three paralegals. Our office is conveniently located in Tysons Corner, VA and we routinely practice in both state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Good referrals for us include anyone with a legal matter that is pending in court or for which a court action will be filed imminently. In addition, we can assist individuals and businesses who would like to minimize the risk of future lawsuits by drafting pre-nuptial agreements, employment contracts, non-compete agreements and other contracts.
